Includes (customized per client): - Monthly strategy sessions - CX audits and messaging refinement - Branded onboarding or upsell flows - Email support between sessions - Quarterly planning or campaign reviews Starting at $2,500/month, based on scope, team size, and deliverables. Note: Listed session time covers initial consult and data capture only. Project scope and delivery timelines are customized per client.


Cancellation Policy

✅ Engagement Terms - Minimum commitment: 3 months - Scope defined in kickoff call and formalized in agreement - Monthly deliverables outlined in advance 💸 Payment & Invoicing - Invoiced monthly, due within 7 days - Late payments may pause services - 10% discount for upfront quarterly payment 🔄 Cancellation & Pause - 30-day notice required to cancel - Retainer may be paused once per year for up to 30 days - Unused hours do not roll over 📂 Confidentiality & Ownership - All deliverables are yours to keep - Strategy and assets remain confidential - CFBS may showcase anonymized work in portfolio with permission
