Why I Started Consumer First Business Solutions
I’ve spent over 13 years leading sales, marketing, and strategic growth at a multibillion-dollar company—designing systems that drive retention, upsell, and customer loyalty at scale. But my passion for customer experience didn’t start in the boardroom. It started as a consumer.
I’ve felt the sting of being treated like a transaction. The frustration of spending hard-earned money with a company that rolls out the red carpet when you buy, then disappears when you need support. I’ve seen loyalty taken for granted, and watched brands chase attention while neglecting relationships that built them. That disconnect drives me.
